C2C’s ArchiveOne enables user access to archived email from any mobile device or tablet

C2C says that its ArchiveOne email archiving and retention solution offers complete mobile device support. Using any mobile device including Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, Android or Microsoft, end users can easily access archived email data with a simple point and click experience.

Date: 15 Jun 2012

“Today’s business users are on the go and need to access their email data anywhere and anytime,” said Dave Hunt, CEO of C2C. “Our ArchiveOne email archiving solution was designed to be as transparent to end users as possible, so that employees can work without limitations on data access. No matter what device an end user is using, or where they are located – in the office, at home or on the road – users have complete control and access over their valued email data without changing the way they are used to working.”

ArchiveOne has implemented its ‘Archive Access’ features using open standards, such as Web Services, HTML and XML, so that all mobile device types are supported. The product has been designed so users do not have to change their normal email behaviour.

Key benefits of ArchiveOne’s mobile support include:
• Full end user transparency
• Simple click and access workflow
• Complete support for any mobile device
• No change to the way the user accesses email
• Access to archived email data from anywhere

ArchiveOne is field-proven to help organisations with archiving, retention and the eDiscovery of email and files, while also providing advanced features for compliance management, intellectual property containment and storage management. ArchiveOne is completely transparent to users, employing a Zero-Training User Design™, and installs in about one hour.

In addition, ArchiveOne provides secure access to archived emails through iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Android or Windows Phone devices and through the web and web service technologies for offsite workers. Advanced PST management allows administrators to discover, search, delete or consolidate PST files across the organisation. ArchiveOne offers best-in-class flexibility and scalability while reducing risk, speeding backups, and improving system usage.
